How to Connect Securely To UPLB SystemOne
To ensure a more secure connection to UPLB SystemOne, please use:
https://systemone.uplb.edu.ph
If you are using MS Internet Explorer, you might experience the following:

...in which case you need to click on to "Continue to website". Even if it says 'Not recommended' - that's because we
generated our security key ourselves and did not buy the key which would have had probably cost us an amount that we should have used for
more servers instead).
If you are using Mozilla Firefox, the following might happen (UPDATE: the following pages have been modified for recent version of Mozilla Firefox):

...First you click on the "Or you can add an exception" link which will result to the following:

...you need to click on the "Add Exception" button and then...

...click on the "Get Certificate" button and then finally on the

...Confirm Security Exception button.
With that, you now have a secure connection to UPLB SystemOne. All your messages to and from the server
will now be encrypted.
Password Security
Please take note of the following:
The user is responsible for his/her password. This password was provided by the user himself/herslef during
account registration. This password is stored in encrypted form to ensure that only the user knows about his/her own password.
Site maintainers, even OUR employees, WILL NOT ask you for your password. Users are advised to refrain from sharing
their passwords. UPLB SystemOne maintainers and the OUR will not be responsible for any
unauthorized transactions done under user accounts.
For LOST/FORGOTTEN passwords: Unfortunately, we have not included an email notification system for
forgotten passwords. This is due to the fact that a great number of registered emails of students
are incorrect AND that this feature will only be available once UPLB Email accounts are available for all students. For password problems, please approach the OUR and/or email the site administrator.
If via email, please do not forget to include your personal information as well as student number for verification. If you are currently in the university, please visit the UPLB Information Technology Center (at the Administration Building). Please bring your Student Identification Cards.
We will generate a temporary password for you which you need to change once you successfully logoin to the site.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account OR if you have NOT created an account BUT an account has been approved under your student number and based on seemingly correct personal information, PLEASE REPORT
YOUR CASE TO THE SITE ADMINISTRATOR ASAP.
DO NOT forget to LOGOUT after your visit.
